Pulma provides design and development services, including but not limited to product design, brand design, web development, and Framer development.

The scope of each project will be defined and agreed upon prior to the start of work. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require separate approval and adjustment.

Engagement & Communication

All projects begin with an initial alignment phase to define goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Communication will primarily take place through agreed channels such as email, messaging platforms, or scheduled calls. Timely feedback is essential to ensure smooth progress.

Payment Terms

Services are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the selected plan.

• Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled

• Yearly plans are billed upfront and reflect a reduced monthly rate

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

Late payments may result in a pause or delay in services.

Revisions & Feedback

We offer unlimited revisions as part of our process, ensuring the final outcome aligns clearly with your goals.

Revisions are handled in a focused and structured manner. Feedback should be clear, consolidated, and provided within a reasonable timeframe to maintain steady progress and avoid unnecessary delays.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, final deliverables will be transferred to the client.

Pulma retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
